I am sure many of you are knee deep in Thanksgiving preparations, so holiday shopping is not on your mind today! However, once Thanksgiving is over, the days fly by. I thought I had a good handle on my Christmas shopping, but after looking at my list, I still have a bunch to do! I am hoping to get some holiday gift guides out in the next few weeks. I really enjoy seeing gift guides on other blogs and I always find a few new ideas. Today, my daughter and I have teamed up to share some Tween Girl Gift Ideas! When does tweendom officially start?! I am not sure, but I think this gift guide could apply to a lot of girls of all ages:) I have to admit, that while I miss shopping for barbies and princess things, I actually LOVE shopping for a big girl!

10+ Holiday Gift Ideas for Tween Girls
There are so many fun gifts for tweens. We had a hard time narrowing down our list to just these items!
This camera shows up on almost every holiday gift guide I see and for good reason as it is a fun gift! My daughter got one of these a few years ago and she still loves it. I’ll be honest that I wouldn’t mind one of my own!! Each year she usually gets a few packs of film in her stocking. There are a lot of different film paper available, so it is fun to gift a few different kinds!
We have a lightbox that we use around our house but my daughter wanted one for her room. She has a mini one like this one and loves to switch it up all the time!
My daughter and I are loving all of the cute winter hats out these days. There are so many fun hat options to stay warm and stylish this winter! I love that my daughter enjoys receiving clothes and accessories! It is fun to see her style emerge!
When my daughter suggested this tape for our gift guide, I checked out some sets and I might now be a little bit obsessed. One of these sets just might make it in my daughter’s stocking. It’s a gift I would be happy with too! We like to use Washi tape to decorate mason jars, label things and decorate journals and books. So many fun ways to be creative!
Sharpies always go missing in our house because everyone uses them! I’ve already picked up this set for my daughter for Christmas. I have this set of fine tip markers for myself and she is always borrowing them.
6. Monthly Subscription Box
We love giving and receiving subscription boxes. It is always nice to get happy mail! Last year, my daughter received a three month subscription to Owl Crate, Jr. This subscription is for the tween reader! Each box contains a book and related themed goodies. I know she would love to get this box again…it was a fun gift!
Recently, we ordered a Stitch Fix kids box to try. It is a subscription box filled with 8-10 kids clothing items. You get to decide how often you would like to receive a box. This gift is perfect for a clothing loving tween! My daughter LOVED receiving this box and we ended up keeping several items. She is already asking for another box. You fill out a style profile for your child just like you would for yourself. The more specific and detailed you are, the better the stylist is able to match you up with clothing your girl will love.
If you have a budding chef, consider a subscription to Kidstir. This is another subscription box my daughter received a few years ago. She had so much fun trying out new recipes every month. The box came with fun and useful cooking tools that we have continued to use in our kitchen.
Speaking of crafting! Just when I think slime is a thing of the past, the kids ask to make it again. The kids like to make slime when they have friends visiting. It is a nice rainy (or snowy) day activity.
This is a fun gift for kids and their friends! We have an older machine that doesn’t have blue tooth capability so I am thinking we need to upgrade to a new one! The lights on this karaoke machine make it so fun!
My daughter just informed me she wants one of these hover boards for Christmas. I have to admit that it looks like A LOT of fun. This particular model has bluetooth speakers and LED lights and is on clearance!
For the tween on the go, consider a Fitbit designed specifically for kids 8 and up! This fitness tracker is just the right size for kids and looks just like the adult versions. Currently, the Fitbit Ace tracker is a great deal at 40%! My daughter just asked if she could wear my Fitbit (since I haven’t worn mine lately), so I know she would love this gift.
