Hi friends! Happy Friday! It has been another summer week that has gone by so quickly and I look back and can not remember what even happened. Summer really goes by in a blink! We had a pretty quiet 4th of July but we were thankful we got to see a bunch of fireworks despite the circumstances this year. Anyway, as usual, I am sharing a few favorites this Friday in home, style and family!

One // Wall Basket Update
I am so glad to accomplish one little project this week when I put up this wall basket display. Last week, I found several additional wall baskets to arrange with the one I had already purchased.
I ended up using 3 out of the four baskets I bought, which I consider a win since I was able to save a little money. Since the wall is pretty small, I stuck with 3 baskets. I could always add two more but I do like the simple look of 3.
It is a nice improvement to the wall and I love that these baskets are all unique and handmade.
Two // Earring Organization
Summer might not be the time to tackle big decluttering projects. But when I have a few minutes, I do a little organization project. Usually, I find that when I’m feeling a little unmotivated, a quick decluttering project helps me to feel accomplished!
This week, I organized my jewelry stash. As you probably know by now, I love Iviana and Co earrings and I realized I have quite a colorful collection!
P. S. This weekend’s flash sale is on Bracelets and Halo Style Earrings. Use jaclyn10 for extra savings. When you buy 3 earrings, you get one pair free too! Flash sale starts Friday at 1 p.m EST.
Three // Athleta Semi Annual Sale
Athleta’s semi annual sale started yesterday and the savings are up to 60% off. Not everything is discounted that much, so you have to do some digging to find the deals.
This wrap is so cozy. I have it in a rose color. It is so soft and a great cover up to throw on before or after working out.
Tie Dye is still going strong and this tie dye tankini is so cute! The detail on the back is really unique and pretty!
These leopard print high rise pants were my favorite purchase last fall. I wear them all the time for lounging and working out. They go with everything from a cute sweatshirt or wrap to a workout top. I definitely got my money’s worth on these pants.
Four // Summer Fun List
This week, we checked a few more things off our summer fun list.
Every Wednesday, we have been trying out a new ice cream shop. My youngest does not like ice cream, so his treat his usually popcorn or a cookie!
Yesterday, we held our annual Oreo cookie blind taste test. This is one of the kids’ favorite activities. I stock up on a bunch of different Oreo cookie flavors when I come across them at the store. Then, one day I announce we are having the cookie taste test.

One of our favorite traditions of summer is a @oreo Cookie Taste Test. Whenever I see a fun Oreo flavor at the store I buy it and save for this event. So fun and easy! You end up with a lot of Oreos so you could even put one of each in a baggie, attach a ballot and share with friends! If you want the ballot, just send me a message. Doesn’t have to be Oreos—any fun snack works (potato chips, soda, ice cream) 🍦🍪 what is your favorite flavor of Oreo?? . . . #oreos #oreosandmilk #oreoscookies #cookies #summerfun☀️ #summerfun2020 #rainydayactivities #funwithfamily #activitiesforkids #kidsactivitiesathome #kidsactivitiesblog #funathome #tastetest #printables #snacktime #lifewithkids #screenfreekids #childhoodmemories #clevelandohio #summerbucketlist #summeroffun #100daysofsummer
Five // More Home Office Progress
We are wrapping things up with my husband’s home office project. I just ordered this light fixture and we are also waiting on his office chair to arrive. Earlier this week, we sanded and stained his new shelves.
So hopefully, the room will be finished in the next week.
Six // Face Mask Organization Idea
Earlier this week, I shared an easy way to organize your face masks. Our family of five has multiple face masks for each person. So, it is very easy for the masks to get misplaced. Plus, I am always trying to keep track of which ones are clean or dirty. If you are in the same boat, check out these Face Mask Baskets to stay organized!
