Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great week! The kids are off of school Thursday and Friday, so we are happy to have a “short” week. Today, I’m back for one of my favorite posts of the month, Amazon Favorites! As usual, I link up with Tanya at The Other Side of the Road. I am sharing my favorite Amazon Thanksgiving finds!
Thanksgiving Home Decor
Even though I have Christmas on my mind, I still decorate for Thanksgiving. I always display a Give Thanks garland that I made several years ago.
The one I made is very similar to this festive Thankful Banner! It would tie in nicely with a fall mantle! Banners are an easy and inexpensive way to spruce up a mantle.
Pillows are my other go to way to add holiday decor around the house. This Give Thanks pillow cover is one of my favorites.
If you are looking for a little color, this one is so pretty too!
This week I am working coming up with a plan for our Thanksgiving tablescape. We are expecting a big crowd so I am going to keep it pretty simple and easy. I just picked up some disposable utensils to make clean up REALLY easy. I bought a silver color set although I like this copper colored set better! We always run out of silverware and are washing in between dinner and dessert, so these utensils will be a game changer!
Instead of a table cloth I might opt for some Brown Craft Paper for the table. I have used this paper before for the kids table but it works equally well for the big kid table too:) It keeps your table clean and looks rustic and chic!
I like to make a festive Thanksgiving drink like these Apple Cider Mules. You’ve got to have copper mule mugs to serve these drinks. If you have wine drinkers, consider these copper hammered wine glasses! Both options would look so pretty on the Thanksgiving table!
What else do you need for your Thanksgiving table? Napkins!! I LOVE these Buffalo Check Napkins! These are a great deal and I think I will order these this week! Perfect napkins to use year round!
When the Thanksgiving feast is over, it is time to box up all of the leftovers. I have to admit that it is hard to part with those yummy leftovers:) But if you are feeling generous, these to-go boxes are perfect for your guests!
Over the weekend, we were overnight guests at our friends and they had one of these coffee carafes! I thought it was genius. We did not run out of coffee. As soon as we got home from our trip, I ordered one of these. We have a lot of coffee drinkers at our Thanksgiving dinner, so we can have one of these filled and then another pot of coffee brewing!
Thanksgiving Turkey Trot Gear
Every Thanksgiving morning, we run our local Turkey Trot. We take our older two kids with us and it is such a fun way to start the day! So many runners dress up in fun Thanksgiving gear that I am thinking this is the year we join in the fun!
These turkey hats are so funny! They would be great for the kids table and they’d make for some cute photos!
That wraps up this month’s Amazon favorites! What fun things have you found on Amazon lately?
