Valentine’s Day Decor Favorites
Hi friends! I can hardly believe I am hear talking about Valentine’s Day. I know, I know, Christmas just wrapped up. But our family loves looking ahead to the next celebration. For most holidays, the celebration is longer than just the day of the actual holiday. We like to make plans to celebrate, come up with fun and new ideas and scheme a few surprises! All this to say that by next week, I’ll be putting out a little Valentine’s Day decor. As I’ve been saying lately, I try not to get carried away in holiday specific decor (especially as I try to declutter our house). So I look for things that can work for multiple holidays or seasons. When I do buy holiday decor, I look for inexpensive options! Today, I’m back for one of my favorite posts of the month, Amazon Favorites! As usual, I link up with Tanya at The Other Side of the Road. I am sharing some of my favorite Amazon Valentine’s Day Decor finds.
Buffalo Plaid Heart Pillow
All the heart eyes for this Buffalo Check Plaid Pillow! It is a perfect inexpensive option for Valentine’s plus you could use it next year for Christmas. Pillows are an inexpensive way to add a holiday touch!
Valentine’s Burlap Heart Banner
What is a holiday without a cute banner to match the theme! I love swapping banners on my mantles. Banners help tie in a mantle display and add a little bit of cozy to any spot!
Set of 2 Rustic Wood Arrows
I LOVE these wooden arrows too! These are in my Amazon cart as I know I’d get a lot of use out of them…and not just for Valentine’s Day. These would look so cute on a shelf or on top of a mantle. Create a little Valentine’s Day decor vignette with one or two of these arrows.
Just Love Wood Framed Sign
This Just Love framed sign would tie in with the arrows above as part of a wall/shelf display. I like that this sign could be displayed all year (and then grouped with other holiday decor on Valentine’s Day).
Love Planter Set
I love how bright and cheerful this LOVE planter set is! It’s nice to have a little green around the house this time of year. I would display these planters through the spring as they aren’t too “Valentine-y”.
Red Buffalo Check Pillows
Of course these red buffalo check pillows are making an appearance! If you bought them for Christmas, you can keep them out for Valentine’s Day (and then again for July 4th!). These pillows are so versatile!
Mini Valentine Heart Dollies
For a really inexpensive Valentine’s decor idea that makes a big impact, these mini heart dollies are perfect! Last year, we used these hearts to add some Valentine’s Day cheer to our coffee bar. You can use the leftovers (it comes with 144) to make personalized Valentine’s Day cards.
Heart Arrow Kitchen Towels
These arrow towels are too cute!! I love using seasonal kitchen towels to get the kitchen all festive! There are a ton of adorable other Valentine’s Day kitchen towel options!
Personalized Valentine’s Day Candle
Lastly, if you are looking for something practical and cute, this personalized initial candle can double as a Valentine’s Day gift! How sweet to give to your special Valentine:)
**********************************************************************************
I have to admit that seeing all of these cute things for Valentine’s Day has me excited for the holiday! My husband and I love celebrating with the kids and also as a couple. Last year, I surprised the kids with a Valentine’s Day breakfast, so I will need to think up something fun for them this year.
Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day with your family?
Those heart doilies are EVERYTHING- do you remember growing up doing Valentine crafts using these Jaclyn? I do- your pictures brought back so many memories- going to have to snag some at Target this year along with some cute dish towels- thanks for the inspiration!!
I got those buffalo plaid covers for Christmas, and I left them out because we have touches of red in the living room anyway. You are so right they will be perfect to continue a Valentine’s theme.
Great finds! I am adding the doilies to my shopping list. I also love the idea of using the sign year round and then grouping it differently for the holiday. Thanks for linking up!
Everything is so cute!
I love all of your picks, from that pillow to the tea towels, to the wooden arrows. All of it is so cute!
Ooooh I have heart doilies and never thought to use them like that! Thanks! Recently I’ve started decorating for all holidays – I’m just waiting another week or so before putting up Valentine’s Day!
So many cute finds; that planter set is adorable! I just bought myself some valentine’s kitchen towels this morning at Target.
