Hi friends! We are halfway through February and I am starting to think Spring! Sharing some favorite finds in home, style and family that I have come across the last month.

February Favorites

February is one of my favorites months of winter. I love celebrating Valentine’s Day with my family and I appreciate that February is a shorter month!

Favorite Books 2024

Every year, my goal is to read 24 books. Last year, I fell a few books short of that goal. I am hoping to reach my goal this year. I have read four books in 2024 and by far, my favorite book has been The Women by Kirstin Hannah. I loved her book, The Nightingale, but I think The Women is even better. This is one of those books that sticks with you for awhile and that you want to know how the story continues on.

Of the other books I have read this year, I also enjoyed One True Loves and All the Dangerous Things. All three of this books are different genres and topics, so I’ve read a good mix!

Jewelry with a Purpose

One of my new favorite finds this year are these affirmation bracelets from Little Words Project. I discovered these bracelets at Evereve and then I found the actual store online. There are pre-made word bracelets or you can order a personalized bracelet with a name or your favorite words.

These are a lot of different bead styles and colors, so you can really get a custom piece! I ordered my “word of the year” on a bracelet and it just arrived this week.

Thinking ahead to Easter, these bracelets would make a great Easter basket idea for a tween or teen girl!

Rainy Day Activity

The only time of year that I make time for puzzles is in the winter. Usually after the holidays, we put out a puzzle and work on one over the next few weeks. This season we have completed a few puzzles and my favorite brand is in this inexpensive puzzle line on Amazon.

The designs are all cute and fun to put together. We prefer 500 piece puzzles which seems to be just the right amount of challenge.

Travel Organization

Do you have any spring break plans? We are starting to look ahead at our spring trip at the of March. Before one of our more recent vacations, I ordered this pill organization container. I love products that keep me organized on vacation as it is harder to keep a routine on vacation.

It is the perfect small size and it actually can hold a lot of medicine and vitamins. These are so small you could get one for everyone in the family so that there is not any confusion about who gets their vitamins and medications. Pro tip: I store all of my travel products and travel organization products in one containers so that it is very easy to pack for a trip.

All Purpose Organization Bin

Speaking of organization, one of my all time favorite cube storage are these cube bins from Target. There are a ton of different colors and patterns. I think that these are a price point for the quality and a lot sturdier than other options that I come across.

When using cube storage bins, I always suggest to also use these hanging labels so that you know exactly what is inside of each bin.

Favorite Towels

I have talked about these amazing towels in the last few months. Geometry towels are quick drying and super absorbent. Each towel is made from recycled water bottles.

Recently, I was sent some St. Patrick’s Day bar towels and I love them! These towels are a little smaller than the tea towels that I usually order. But, I like the smaller option and I find that they are easier to use for quick drying and clean ups.

I also received some reusable napkins. We also use cloth napkins for dinner. I just throw them in the washing machine after a few uses. It is so much easier and more eco friendly that using paper napkins for every meal.

These dinner napkins are SO soft and durable. I am hooked on these and I plan to order more for every use. Geometry towels include beach towels, bath towels, kitchen napkins and towels! One of my friends ordered the bath towels and LOVES them, so those are the next thing I’d like to order.

Beauty Find

One of my favorite new beauty products this year are these Rose Eye Gel Patches. My mom tucked a pack of these eye patches in my Christmas gifts and I loved them so much I ordered more.

I usually will use these once a week. On Sundays, I usually try to do a little skin self care which includes a face steam, a face mask and then these under eye eye patches. Also it is nice to use these earlier in the day for a special night out–a nice way to look and feel more hydrated under your eyes!

Perfect Fleece Jacket

I think my favorite winter fashion find was this cozy, fleece jacket. Every time I wear the jacket I get asked about it. I have the Vivid Violet color. While it is on the pricier side, I wear it every single day in the winter, so it has been worth it. There are a TON of color options of this jacket.

Recently I saw someone share an Amazon dupe to the Hit the Slopes Jacket.

It sounds like it is not quite as thick and soft (and I do not know how it would last in the long run) but it is certainly a more budget friendly option.

I loved The Women too, love those puzzles, and purchased similar pill containers for my trip that never happened!
