Happy Friday! Tomorrow my oldest turns 13, so we will officially have a teenager in the house! I need to finish up with some last minute things for her birthday. But first, I am wrapping up the week with some Friday Favorites in home, family and style! I hope you have had a great week!

One| Valentine’s Day Earrings
Valentine’s Day is just one week away and there is still time to get something cute and festive to wear.
This week, I got a pair of X O earrings from a local boutique. I love them. It is just a touch Valentine’s but you can wear them all year long.
Also, I spotted these Kendra Scott Heart Earrings earlier in the week! Oh my goodness these are so pretty. I have several Kendra Scott pieces including earrings and this necklace and I find that I reach for them each and every day. You get just a bit of sparkle but they work for a casual daily look. I just might have to get one of these heart pairs.
Two| Sephora Finds
I was reading Cassie’s latest Sephora Favorites and I decided to give two products a try. First, I got the Too Faced Lip Gloss which is supposed to instantly plump your lips and give a nice glossy look. Admittedly, I was a little hesitate to order because Cassie said it felt like a ton of tiny bee stings on your lips. Ouch! With that upfront warning, I don’t know why I was still willing to order it.
But, I am happy to say that it just feels like a bit of a tingling sensation for a minute or two after you put it on. The gloss smelly really good and I like the finish. It is not a sticky finish. (I went with Bubblegum Yum). The plumping results are instant and do go away with time but you can reapply as often as you want.
The second product I purchased was the OLAPLEX Hair Perfector. This product is supposed to strengthen your hair and improve the overall appearance. I’ve been looking for a weekly treatment for my hair recently and I am hoping this one fits the bill. My hair gets so dry during the winter months.
There are no Parabens, Sulfates or Phthalates, which is something I make sure of when I buy hair products.
Three| New Graphic Novel
There was a new release in a favorite book series that my ten year old loves. I ordered the book as a pre-release a while back and it unexpectedly came in the mail this week. It is nice to pre-order as you get a savings and it arrives the day the book is released.
If you have a 8-12 year old that loves Graphic Novels then you will want to check out this Hilo Series. It is a quick read, but one of those book series that my kids will re-read.
Fun fact: The book series is written by Judd Winick who was on Real World San Francisco. Anyone else watch this show?!)
This Week on the Blog
We started this week with Decluttering our Paperwork and Home Office! It is week five of the Decluttering Challenge and we still have three challenges to go. I still have a few little projects to do this weekend including cleaning out my desk drawers.
How are your decluttering projects going? We want to what you have done. So, we are giving away a $25 Amazon Gift Card on Instagram when you share your projects with us!
If you are looking for some home office accessories, check out your local Marshalls and Homegoods. Right now is the time that these stores have tons of office organization items! I stopped in Marshalls this week and found so many organization options.
This pink “shell: office chair is so cute too! Love the color and the style. This would look so fun in a feminine home office.
Coding for Kids
Also this week, I shared a new favorite class my boys are taking at Code Ninjas! We partnered with our local Code Ninjas franchise to talk about learning to code and program. My boys are loving these classes because they are learning to code while building video games. It is a win-win because I am happy to see them using their love of video games in a constructive way! You can read all about Code Ninjas over here.
That about wraps up this week’s Friday Favorites! Check back on Monday for our latest Clear the Clutter Challenge! I am linking up with Erika, Narci and Andrea for this Friday Favorites post, so be sure to head over to their blogs as well!
