Hi Friends! Happy Friday. It is hard to believe October is almost over. The beginning of the weekend it will be all things Halloween and then by Sunday, I will be thinking about Christmas. Normally, we decorate after Thanksgiving (although I did decorate before Thanksgiving last year). But I feel like all bets are off this year and we could all use a little Christmas cheer a little sooner than later! Anyway, as usual, I am sharing Friday Favorites in home, style and family!
New Bathroom Rugs
We’ve been working on my daughter’s small bathroom makeover for a few weeks now and I think we will be able to finish up this weekend.

We have stuck pretty close to the design plan but we swapped out the original rug for a this one.
I purchased the Jules Bath Rug from Anthropologie and the colors did not match up with pink paint we went with. However, I loved the rug so much, I was able to use it in our small master bathroom.
The colorful Bath Mat really pulls this small room together.
This second rug was a bit of a splurge as far as bath rugs go, but overall this small bathroom project was very budget friendly.
We were able to use leftover flooring from our basement and we opted not to redo the shower area. So excited to wrap up this project and let my daughter have her own bathroom back.
Holiday Porch Inspiration
This week seems to be a rug theme! In addition to the bathroom rugs, I also ordered this Red and White Buffalo Check rug for our front porch. I am already dreaming up our Holiday Front Porch Decor plan.
My Christmas porch theme is going to be pretty traditional with red and plaid. We already have one of these Christmas galvanized buckets and I usually add in some wood and greenery.
I have my eye on a Red Outdoor Lantern because I really think it would really pop on the front porch.
Then, I will need to pick out a Christmas doormat. There are always so much cute seasonal doormats at Kirklands. I really can not decide which one to get. Which doormat would you choose??
Once I take down the Halloween Front Porch Decor, I will start transforming the space to a winter holiday theme.
