Hello Friday! I hope you have had a great week! Some weeks, I get to Friday and I don’t feel like I have accomplished anything. Then other weeks I have the motivation to get everything done. This week was one of those accomplished weeks. Addressed Christmas Cards (Check), Kept up with Laundry (check) and Wrapped Presents (check). Lest you think I have it all together, I still have Christmas gifts to buy, the cards have actually not made it to the post office and my official gift wrapping room (aka my office) is a disaster! Hopefully I can get around to those things this weekend. Anyway, as usual I am back to link up with Erika, Narci and Andrea. for Friday Favorites! I’ll recap our week, share a few new fun finds and favorites!

Christmas Lights Tradition
We are continuing to get through our favorite Christmas traditions. Last weekend, we made our little gingerbread village. The houses were a little tricky to put together because they were smaller, but I think they turned out so cute. I love displaying them on a cake pedestal.

As a side note, my friend gave me this white beaded cake stand as a Christmas gift and I love it! It is melamine and the best part is that the base is removable. Then you can use the top part as a serving tray and the base flips over to become a dip container. Love how versatile this piece is!
Last weekend, we also took our annual Christmas lights tour. It isn’t anything formal…we just drive around through several neighborhoods. Then we end the night with some ice cream:) This year, I made things a little more festive with a Christmas Lights Bingo Game. I shared the printable bingo cards on Monday. So head over to this post to grab these bingo cards and print them out for your family!
Christmas Card Deal
Do you send out holiday cards? It seems like every year less and less people do but I love this tradition. I don’t necessarily love addressing the cards and tracking down new addresses. Anyone else feel me?
Well, I had a little bit of a snafu this year when ordering cards. As per the usual, I placed my card order before Thanksgiving. Then, I waited…and I waited for the cards to arrive. Last week, I realized I should probably check on my order, so I went back to the website to see what happened. It turns out my cards were STILL IN MY CART! Ugh! Unfortunately, this particular company did not have delivery dates available until after Christmas.
So, I went back to the drawing board. I found a GREAT deal on Snapfish for 70% off plus very reasonable fast shipping fees. I ordered my cards this past Sunday and I had them by Tuesday! So if you need Christmas cards, it turns out the 70% off deal is still going on!
Now, if I can just get myself to the post office to mail the cards!
Holiday Home Lights Tour
In case you missed it, yesterday I teamed up with fourteen other home decor bloggers to share a night time tour of our homes decked out for the holidays. There is nothing better than a home at night during the holidays! The Christmas tree gives off such a warm glow and the house just feels so cozy!
I’ll hope you’ll check out these beautiful homes!
