Happy Friday! It has been a week of cold and snow over here. But, that is to be expected in the Midwest! Next Friday, we are heading to Disney, so we will get to enjoy some warmth and sun very soon. Anyway, I am sharing some Friday Favorites including ideas in home, style and family.
ONE| Michael’s Holiday Decor
If you caught my post on Tuesday, you know that the kids and I spent some time at the craft store. Right now, Michael’s has the cutest Christmas decor and it is all on sale. I went back and forth on getting this Hot Cocoa sign and I’m glad I decided to buy it. The sign fits in perfectly with the cozy vibe I was going for in the kitchen.
We are slowly adding holiday decor around the house and I am really hoping to finish decorating this weekend. I don’t like to be in holiday decorating limbo!
I also got these wooden beads to decorate the tree and our mantle. If you need some Christmas decor, it is worth checking out the sales at Michael’s.
These buffalo check cheese platters would make for a cute hostess gift.
I love these Christmas lanterns. This one would be so pretty light up outside on a porch or inside on the dining room table.
If only I needed Christmas plates, these buffalo plaid appetizer plates would have come home with me. I would have gotten one in every style. But, I have so many Christmas dishes.

TWO| Cozy Finds at Old Navy
Both Gap and Old Navy are 40% off right now I just placed a big order last week to get my boys some cozy winter clothes. My ten year old loved this fleece pullover I bought him. I didn’t even tell him I got it for him and just put it in his closet. The next day he was wearing it…just like him mom he is drawn to cozy!
Also, I got both boys a pair of tT hese fleece pants. I(less than $10 right now with sale )It is already so cold here that these pants are coming in handy.
As if buffalo plaid in home decor is not enough, this buffalo check pullover fleece is so adorable! I keep seeing it around and I just might have to scoop it up this weekend. It comes in several styles and not just a buffalo plaid pattern!
One thing I could use more of in my closet is some good tunic sweaters. I love wearing leggings all winter but I never have enough tops to go with them. These tunic sweaters are less than $20 right now, so I plan to get a few! The pink and oatmeal colors are my favorite.
THREE| Coffee Giveaway
Did you know that Dunkin has a new vegetarian breakfast sandwich? I tried the Beyond Sausage Sandwich last weekend and it is SO good. Of course, I also had one of their yummy winter coffee drinks…hello peppermint mocha!
I am teaming up with Dunkin to give 10 WINNERS $50 in gift cards each!
It is a very fun giveaway and I am thankful to Dunkin for generously giving these gift cards!
