Friday Favorites: Cozy Leggings for Fall, Home Office Reveal and Meal Planning
Happy Friday! I hope you had a great few weeks! Last Friday was one of the few times I have taken off posting a Friday Favorites. But, I really unplugged while in Michigan. It was a great vacation but it is always nice to come home too. Anyway, I am sharing some favorites today in home, style and family.

Nordstrom Favorites
I think just about every blogger is talking about Nordstrom these days. I have to admit that this year it was not quite as exciting to browse the Nordstrom Sale. Maybe because most likely we will be cozy at home all fall and winter long!
So, my focus for the fall sale was cozy styles! My favorite pair of joggers from several years ago got a hole in them, so it was time to find a new pair (or two!).
Here is what I ordered from the sale although only I have only received one item so far.
The one item I have gotten so far are these Zella leggings. At first, when I took them out of the box, I didn’t think I would like them because they are more structured and fitted than my old joggers.

But, the style is the reason I ended up loving them. These are “nicer” joggers that can be worn out of the house and not just for pajamas! They are super soft and a nice thick material, so I think they will hold up well. These pants remind me of something you would find at Athleta but over half the cost!
Next, I ordered another BP Stitch Cardigan. This will be the third year in a row I have bought one of these cardigans. Each year there are new color options. I ordered the Light Gray but now I am thinking I should have picked the Rust color which is so pretty!

These cardigans are cozy and oversized and I wear them all the time.
Since I wasn’t sure how each of the joggers would work out, I bought two other pairs, this one and this one. The second pair look like true jogger pajama pants, so those seem like a good replacement for my old favorite pair.

Lastly, I scooped up this bra from my favorite brand. I bought one of these bras this past spring and it is absolutely my favorite bra that I own. So comfortable, provides support and coverage but no underwire.

While I might not have picked this particular style, it was the only one still available.

Small Home Office Reveal
Did you catch my home office project update on Wednesday? I am happy to say that my husband’s home office project is finished!
You might remember I talked about having the office finished by Father’s Day. However, that did not happen.
Better late than never. We kept things simple in the room and fortunately did not have to spend a lot of money. You can read about our project here.
Meal Planning for an Organized School Year
If I am being honest, I neglected one of my favorite habits over the summer, meal planning. It is a habit that is so vital to making sure our house runs smoothly.
Can anyone else relate to this?
On the drive home from our trip, I took the time to come up with a meal plan and also order our groceries. It was so nice to come back from a trip and fridge full of food and a meal game plan for the week.
