Happy Friday! It has been a fun week over here. My youngest son turned nine earlier this week. Birthdays with the kids are always bittersweet because it is so amazing to see your kids grow up. But each birthday is a reminder is also a reminder of how quickly time flies! My middle child is in a show at our local community theater this weekend. So, we will be busy all weekend long. Anyway, as usual, I am sharing some Friday favorites in home, style and family!

REDECORATING MY OFFICE WITH HAVENLY
Earlier this week, I shared a home project I have been working on. My home office has always been a work in progress. Last year, we updated my husband’s work space. But, as it goes, my own office is never quite done. I was excited when Havenly design services reached out to partner on a project.
I was able to pick a room in my home to get decorating advice on. It was an easy pick to decide on my home office. I shared the entire Havenly design process in this post.
Havenly is such an awesome option if you are looking for design help. It is a very budget friendly option for professional design help! I am already thinking about what room I can work on next with my Havenly designer.
TARGET CHRISTMAS SIGNS
In last week’s Friday Favorites post, I shared a few Christmas finds I already spotted at Target. No surprise, but I was back to Target this week. Lucky for me, I spotted this Large Metal Christmas Signs.
I bought the Twas’ the Night Before Christmas Sign which was only five dollars! The signs are 14 X 17 so these are a really good deal!
The sign can be incorporated into any of my Christmas decor but I think I will add it to my dining room mantle. We will see!
NOVEMBER GRATITUDE CHALLENGE
I can not even believe I am saying this, but November is almost here! Wow. Once Halloween is over, we will be entering the season of gratitude.
I wanted to reshare this 30 Days of Gratitude Activities that I posted last year. We will be using this calendar again this year and getting started on November 1st. It is a meaningful way to slow down and recognize what the season is all about!
NEW NETFLIX SERIES
Have you watched the limited series “MAID” on Netflix. Wow, it is an unbelievably good show. I would say it is the best series I have watched on Netflix this year. It really made me think about a lot of things and evaluate ways I can do better to help others.
Now, that I quickly watched the entire series (in a matter of days), I have ordered the book, Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay and a Woman’s Will to Survive that the show is based upon.
I can not wait to read the book!
October Wantable Style Edit
Last but not least, this week, my Wantable edit arrived! This has been such a warm fall that I have not gotten to wear the usual cozy fall clothes. But, I think the weather is turning and I am so excited to wear this new fall outfit. I will share the entire box soon!
I had to make some tough decisions on what to keep in my order. But, one of the reasons I love subscription boxes is that I can evaluate the clothes next to the things I have in my closet. So, I can immediately decide if this is something I might need in my closet or if I have similar items. Getting clothes sent to your home is much more convenient than shopping at the stores!
Friday Wrap Up
That is about it for this week’s Friday Favorites. I have a part-time gig these days at a friend’s Holiday Pop Up Boutique. It is so fun to work there and it is certainly getting me in the mood for Christmas! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
