Have you heard of the Wantable Active Edit box? It is a clothing subscription service for workout gear and athleisure. There are subscriptions for both men and women. Today, I am sharing my first Wantable Active Edit Review.Â
Wantable Active Edit Review
If you have been a reader of this blog for awhile, you might know that I love clothing subscription services. It is the perfect option to get new clothing for busy moms. It is nice to try on hand picked outfits in the comfort of my own home.
Since the writing of this post, I have become a Wantable Partner. I am very excited to continue to share products with a company I already love!
I have never tried an athleisure subscription box and I am not sure why I have waited this long. As, I pretty much live in athleisure most days of the week! If you are looking for new workout gear, I highly recommend trying the Wantable Active Edit.
A few things to know about Wantable
- There are three different Wantable edits. There are both Active Edits for men and women. Then, there is also a style edit for women. The style edit is more of a typical, subscription option with cute every day clothing and accessories.
- The subscription frequency can be monthly, every 2, 3 or 6 months.
- Each box comes with 7 handpicked items.
- You have 5 days to try everything on.
- 20% discount on entire order if you keep 5 or more items.
- Items range from $40-$100
- $20 styling fee that is credited to your order if you keep anything.
My Winter Wantable Unboxing
I was so excited to try the Wantable Active Edit. I ordered it on a Thursday and I received my order by the following Wednesday. There is a note on their website that orders are running slow right now due to shipping delays but I did not have that experience.
So, let me show you the clothing I received in my Active Edit. I was so happy that the pieces all coordinated with one another. I like to get capsule pieces in a subscription box. When, I get items in a subscription box that do not coordinate with one another, I really have no idea how to wear them. The items can feel random and not versatile.
Outfit #1: Bralette, Long Sleeve Pullover and High Waisted Leggings
I received seven items in my first Wantable including two bottoms, four tops and a bra. The dark blue Space Dye Leggings by Interval ($75) are one of Wantable’s most popular bottoms (as noted by my stylist).
I can see why these leggings are popular. They are high waisted and incredibly comfortable. These bottoms really seem to stay put.
If anything, these leggings were a little too comfortable. These are pretty thick that I wondered if they’d be too warm for workouts.
The navy long sleeve pullover top by Chaser is a favorite! It is a long tunic top that I could wear after working out or as a daytime look on its own. The top is very soft and thick that I felt like it is well made.
There is a little extra detailing on the shoulders of the top which makes it a little more feminine.
My thoughts on the bralette: While it was very soft and comfortable it is very expensive at $74! I am willing to pay a little more for sports bras as cheaper ones can irritate my skin especially if the material is all cotton. But, a $74 bralette was not a budget friendly option this month.
Outfit #2: Zip Hoodie and Leggings
I paired the next top, the Relaxed Zip Hoodie ($89) by Thrive Societe with both of the leggings. Again, I loved that the items in the box were all interchangeable.
I definitely love a good comfortable hoodie especially after a workout. But, this one was a cropped length and I just did not love it enough to keep.
Outfit #3: Kindness is Cool Pullover
I asked for cute graphic tops and my stylist delivered. This Kindness is Cool pullover by Wantable ($60) is the perfect casual sweatshirt.
I love the message of this top and it is a bonus that it so soft and comfortable. I have been wearing this top all.the.time.
It is just one of the perfect tops to wear on repeat.
Outfit #4 Love List Tee and Floral Capri Pants
Last but not least, I received this Love List tee by Suburban Riot ($38). As I mentioned, I asked for cute graphic tops. They are perfect for day to day wear.
This is a cute tee although it was a little see through. White tops are hard to get right and I did not love this graphic tee enough to keep it. Maybe if it was in a different color this tee would be a keeper.
The floral capri pants by Gottex Studio ($72) were also really cute. I mentioned I was open to bright and fun patterns for pants. I decided to hold out on capris right now until spring rolls around. My focus was on things I would wear in the next few months and I prefer to wear leggings for working out at home right now.
Overall, I was so happy with my winter Wantable Active Edit. My stylist really took my requests into consideration. The outfits were cute and well made and I had a lot of good options to review! The hardest part was narrowing down my favorite items!

Cute pieces- love the leggings!
I loved the leggings..I am thinking I should have kept the crop ones!
I really like all the items they sent but I wouldn’t want to spend so much!
The items are really cute. But I understand what you are saying about cost. There is a bit of a premium to Subscription Boxes but for me it is worth a little bit extra cost for someone else to do the shopping for me:)
I love it, Jaclyn! And congrats on becoming a partner too. That’s awesome. What did you end up keeping overall? The tunic and kindness sweater? I loved those on you. This definitely looks like a fun box to subscribe to.
