Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a good week! I can not complain when the temperature outside is 50 degree warmer than last week and we have even gotten to see a little sun! Spring can not get here soon enough. In the meantime, we will trudge through the winter as best as we can. Last week, my daughter received her latest Stitch Fix Kids Box and it was a little ray of sunshine! This is the second time she has received this clothing subscription box and we were happy with the selection she received. Today, I will review the Stitch Fix Kids Box and share what all came inside this month’s box!

How the Stitch Fix Kids Box Works
Stitch Fix Kids offers clothing for boys and girls in sizes 2T through 14. You receive 8-10 clothing pieces handpicked by a stylist. In order for the stylist to make the best selections for your child, you fill out a detailed profile. This profile includes questions about clothing color, type and material preferences. You can also indicate if there are clothing pieces you do or do want. Just like the Stitch Fix box for women and men (you can read about my recent box HERE) , you are charged a $20 styling fee when your order is styled. This $20 fee is applied to your order if you keep any items. Most Stitch Fix kids clothing items range from $10-20. Bonus: If you keep all items in the box, you get a 25% discount off the entire order!
Stitch Fix Kids February Review
The Stitch Fix Box gets definite brownie points on its presentation! The bright and cheerful packaging make it so fun to open. There is a detailed description all of the included items, a sheet of stickers and price list of each item.
For this second fix, we asked for comfortable tops and sweaters that my daughter could wear to school and at home. We also requested a few casual dresses that she can wear to church and even to school.
She was sent 5 tops, 3 pants and 2 dresses. There was so much to pick from!
Persaya Girl Luciana Tie Front Top $16
One of her favorite shirts in the box was this this front knot tie top. This would be a great transitional piece for spring time!
Verdict: Kept
Moon & Stars Dress $20
This floral dress came in a bit too short! We loved the pattern although it was very similar to a pair of leggings that came in the box.
Verdict: Returned
Mia Chica Taped Rainbow Sleeve Pullover $22
Moon & Stars Black Feather Legging $12
She really liked this rainbow sweatshirt. The rainbow sleeve is so fun! The leggings were a little small (as they sent us a medium and she normally wears a large). While they fit okay now, I knew they wouldn’t last very long.
Verdict: Returned both
Moon & Stars Fleece Dress $22
This pale pink dress is so soft and cozy. It is a perfect amount of dressy, especially for a tween girl who is no longer into really frilly dresses!
Verdict: Kept
Rumi + Ryder Hoodie $20.00
Rumi + Ryder Knit Legging $12
This outfit is so bright and cheerful! My daughter loves hoodies. She loved the fun print on the leggings.
Verdict: Kept both!
Natalya Lattice Back Yellow Top $16
This yellow sweater also came in the box and we instantly loved it! Another bright and cheerful top! It was so nice to see color and patterns. I think many moms can relate that shopping for older girls and tweens is hard. Either things are too juvenile or they are too mature for the 9-12 year old set.
Verdict: Kept!
The box came with one more sweater but the material was so scratchy and itchy that my daughter did not want to try it on. All in all, we kept five items from the box!
Why we love Stitch Fix Kids
This service is really perfect for kids who do not like to shop! Although, isn’t that most kids? My daughter looks forward to her Stitch Fix Kids box arriving and she appreciates getting a chance to try on clothes in the comfort of her own room. She can try things on at her pace and does not have to feel self conscious like she would in a mall dressing room!
It is a great way to try new styles that you do not always see at the stores.
Unfortunately, she will probably size out of this service in the next year or so! But, we will continue to order this service until she outgrows it!
If you would like to try out the service, you can use my referral link to fill out your child’s style profile! Be sure to ask your child what he/she wants! If you give the service a try, please let me know what you think!

Oh my gosh Jaclyn- I love EVERYTHING on her….glad I haven’t subscribed because I would keep it all! That first top and dress are my faves but they seriously all look so great on her!! 🙂
I am so impressed with the style and PRICE of the Stitch Fix Kids items. She looks darling in all of it!
Gabbie would love this and the prices are so much better than the adult box! Too bad she is already wearing adult sizes! I love what your daughter received!
