Sometimes you do not have to travel far to feel like you are far away! #hosted Today, my son and I got the opportunity to learn history about an Ohio landmark! We took a trip to Zoar Village to learn about this German communal village that was operating from 1812-1898. Much of the town is still intact and there is a lot to see including the large public garden. We had a delicious lunch at the Canal Street Diner @canal_street_diner to top off our trip. Happy Monday! We are relaxing at home after a busy couple days visiting Chicago! We ate all the food, walked everywhere and stopped at so many fun attractions (I’ll share it all in a blog post soon!) one of our favorite stops was the @skydeckchicago . I wasn’t sure I would be brave enough to go up 103 stories and look out the windows. There are glass bottom floor mini observation decks for a real thrill. Some of us were braver than others 😊 Tell me, would you walk out onto a deck with a see through bottom 103 stories above ground?!

If you are looking for something cool to do with your tweens and teens this summer, you will want to find a Go Ape @goapeusa near you! We had a blast today at this Treetop Zipline and Ropes Course! There are locations throughout the Midwest and East Coast so find one new you. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they make sure you feel very comfortable before you tackle your first challenge. We built a lot of confidence throughout the afternoon and conquered some serious fears. The kids are already asking to go back! This outdoor experience is available for people ages 10 and up and at least 4 ft 7 inches. Tell me, would you and your family love this experience? 🌳🌳 #hosted
