I am not much of a grocery shopper. In fact, I use Instacart for most of our weekly grocery needs! However, there is one grocery store I truly enjoying taking my time through the aisles and that is TRADER JOE’s. They offer so many unique and tasty options that you do not find anywhere else. Overall, Trader Joe’s prices are pretty reasonable. My kids absolutely love all of the Trader Joe’s Snacks (You can read about our Trader Joe’s Kid Favorites HERE!).

Breakfast Options
There are so many awesome fall breakfast foods at Trader Joe’s. Whether you like healthy options like Pumpkin Yogurt or Pumpkin Oatmeal or something a little sweeter like muffins and waffles!
Pumpkin Greek Yogurt
Top your morning yogurt with a handful of these Pumpkin O’s. These are a BIG FAVORITE of the kids!
This pumpkin muffin mix is KID APPROVED! The spices in this mix smell so good and taste delicious!
I made this muffin mix and added in some chocolate chips.
For quick and healthy breakfasts this fall, this Pecan Pumpkin Instant Oatmeal is an option.
Or we like these Pumpkin Fruit Bars! These fruit and grain bars are also great for on-the-go snacking!
Two of our FAVORITE fall breakfast foods at Trader Joe’s are these Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls and the Pumpkin Waffle Mix.
Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix
If you want to the extra mile with your pumpkin pancakes, you need this mini waffle maker! I got it this year and my kids request pumpkin waffles all the time! It is seriously so festive and it is less than $10!
I am excited to try the Pumpkin Spice Coffee along with a pumpkin cinnamon roll:)
I think fall breakfast foods are Trader Joe’s strongest area. There is too many options and not enough fall days!!
The maple butter looks amazing especially with a piece of cinnamon toast bread!
Or maybe top a pumpkin bagel with the maple butter!
I seriously had a hard time resisting this Cinnamon Bun spread. Oh my goodness does it sound good!
Perhaps this maple streusel bread would be good with either the cinnamon roll spread or maple butter!
A new fall product at Trader Joe’s are these Protein Maple Muffin Cups. I brought these home yesterday and my kids made them for after school snacks. You just heat up the cups in the microwave for a sweet snack!
I hope all of these fall breakfast options are still available around Thanksgiving. So many good ideas for a Thanksgiving breakfast–especially if you are serving a crowd!
Trader Joe’s Fall Meal Ideas
There are a several fall meal options at Trader Joe’s. Almost everything you buy at Trader Joe’s allows for quick and easy meals.
Pasta Night: Pumpkin Shaped Butternut Squash Pasta and Autumn MarinaraÂ
These cute pumpkins would pair well with the Autumn Pasta Sauce!
Pizza Night: Butternut Squash Pizza Crust
Of all of the veggie pizza crusts at Trader Joe’s which includes butternut squash, kale and cauliflower, in my opinion, the butternut squash is the best! The butternut squash pairs so nicely with traditional pizza sauce, but you could also use pesto or just oil!
Trader Joe’s Fall Soups
I found two good fall soups at Trader Joes:
Pumpkin Bisque Soup
The Autumnal Harvest soup is a tomato based soup that includes pumpkin and butternut squash!
I spotted two quick and easy fall dinner options. Both of this just require you to warm up the bag or container! I can’t wait to try the Riced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Risotto!
For the ultimate comfort food option, try the Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese. Their mac & cheese is very popular!
I was excited to find this Frozen Mashed Sweet Potatoes. In all honestly, my family does not like sweet potatoes as much as I do. So I can have my sweet potato fill in an easy to make option!
Yummy Snacks and Treats
Trader Joe’s has so many snacks for the fall! The hardest part it not buying everything…and not eating up all the snacks right when you get home! I try to pick a few favorites each time I visit instead of bringing home every single treat.
Plus, I don’t bring out all the snacks at one time, or my family will eat them up in a quick second!
There are a few new fall snack offerings plus some seasonal repeats. If you are looking for options that you can serve at a party or even a family movie night, there are several chips and other salty options. These chip and pretzel options would all be festive for a tailgate or fall clamback party.
The large soft pretzels are available year round, but they would be especially fun for an Oktoberfest theme dinner or party!
Another item that is offered all year round, but makes me think about fall is their bagged pumpkin seeds! It is a great deal for a big bag of seeds! You could use these seeds to make your own granola mix!
This new Trader Joe’s Maple and Sea Salt Kettle corn is amazing! Talk about taking your movie night popcorn up a notch!
For those with a little (pumpkin) sweet tooth, there are a lot of delicious options. Both of these fall flavored cookies are so good!!
Maple Leaf Cookies (Perfect fall option if pumpkin is not your thing!)
Trader Joe’s also took their signature Joe-Joe’s (think Oreo cookies) and make fall appropriate with the Pumpkin Joe-Joe’s.
This year, when I saw this Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark, I had to add it to my cart immediately. Just the right amount of chocolate and granola mixed together with a pumpkin spice! So delicious.
If pumpkin flavor is not your thing, you might like these apple cider cookies! The perfect bite size to have a couple…or a lot!
Pumpkins and Gourds
Trader Joe’s has the BEST unique pumpkin selection. If you like to move beyond the basic orange, round pumpkin, the ones are Trader Joe’s are very neat.
One tip, as these fall fantasy pumpkins are a little pricey, is to consider the smaller pumpkins available inside the store.
The small and mini size pumpkins and gourds which are sold in the produce section are a lot cheaper and are just as cute (on a smaller scale).
The flowers and potted plants are not to be missed. Trader Joe’s have three sizes of potted mums.
Plus, some adorable themed planters. These Day of the Dead planters come in two sizes and are very festive! Plus, you’ll find some dried stems and other plants available this fall at Trader Joe’s.
Do not overlook the beauty products at Trader Joe’s. In the summer, I got the Watermelon Face Mist and it was amazing. Yesterday I spotted this Pumpkin Body Butter. It smells so good!
Halloween Favorites
Trader Joe’s has some festive Halloween treats! I have not spotted this yet in 2020, but I am sure these products will be coming soon!
This Haunted House gingerbread kit is a favorite! These do sell out fast, so be sure to grab one before they are gone. This Halloween themed gingerbread kit would be fun to bring out for a Halloween party or a family night in!
If you want to win major bonus points with your kids, treat them to these Halloween ghosts and candy corn popcorn in their lunches! Or save these Halloween treats for a special night in or Halloween party!
Pet Friendly Treats
Last but not least, don’t forget about your pups! The Pumpkin Dog Treats are dog tested and approved:)
Phew, this was quite a lot of fall favorites! If you want ALL of the Trader Joe’s fall favorites in a easy to shop list, be sure to grab the Trader Joe’s Fall Shopping List Printable!

They did not at my store yet! I ended up getting a cabbage plant at my local grocery store.
This list is amazing! It’s literally giving me all the fall feels. I didn’t realize TJs carried pumpkins either. I will definitely have to check them out. I also need to try that maple popcorn too. I’ve heard amazing things about it. Thanks for sharing.
