Happy Friday! It’s been another short week for the kids with no school Monday and no school today. This mama is tired! I am so happy to be linking up with Erika, Narci and Andrea for Friday Favorites. I’ll share a peek into our last few days and a few of my favorites of the week!

Hall Closet Organization
This week, my focus was all about closet organization as part of the Clear the Clutter Challenge. I tackled three spots in the home including the kids’ linen closet, our coat closet turned mudroom and our bathroom closet. I still have a few closets to go before I can say this task is completely done. But, I got off to a good start! It is not too late to join the Clear the Clutter Challenge!  You can join our Facebook group for motivation, tips and inspiration!

This Monday, we will be sharing our organized kid spaces! So be sure to stop back and see our spaces!
Valentine’s Day Tiered Tray
On Wednesday, I shared our house all decked out for Valentine’s Day. I try not to go overboard with decorations for the holiday and tend to switch decor up in the same spots in the house for every holiday. My tiered tray, coffee station and chalkboard are a few of my favorite spots to add seasonal decor.
Valentine’s Day Tiered Tray Style
I also shared a festive Valentine’s Day activity you can do with your family! Our chalkboard is already starting to fill up!
New Art Supplies Caddy
One of my favorites of the week was finding this large galvanized caddy at Homegoods. While it was in the home and garden section, I immediately thought of using it to organize all of our art supplies. We have a art/bonus room that we keep the majority of our art supplies. However, inevitably, the kids are usually working on art/homework projects in our kitchen. So, instead of gathering up supplies and bringing them to the kitchen, I plan to keep this caddy nearby so the kids can just grab it and go. I like that it’s a stylish and functional piece all in one!
Also, I hope to rotate out some of the individual bins with various seasonal craft supplies.
As with anything at Homegoods, there is no telling if something I see at one store will be at another one! So I’m sharing a few ideas for other art caddies I found online!
I love the size of this one! It has bins on both sides!
This option is a smaller and more portable!
For an option that is colorful and fun, there is this plastic storage caddy !
One Beautiful Thing
I am so excited to be participating in an activity on Instagram that focuses on finding joy in the everyday. This challenge, titled #onebeautifulthing, was created by Megan Tucker as a way to focus and find beauty in the day-to-day tasks of life! As Megan puts it,
“Gratefulness is the key to seeing beauty in all things”. Whether this be folding the endless pile of laundry or picking up the kids’ toys for the 100th time of the day!
This challenge is open to anyone and you just need to use #onebeautifulthing in your Instagram post! Each week, a follower’s picture will be selected to be featured on the co-host’s Instagram feeds.
I will be co-hosting this challenge with Megan in February, so I encourage you to follow along and join in!
Roomba Shenanigans
Finally, filed under the category of ‘all you can do is laugh’, I came home on Thursday to find our Roomba tangled up in quite a mess!
The situation made me laugh, because it is not the first time a family member has been caught playing with toilet paper!
CIRCA: 2014 (New Puppy Days)
It’s moments like these that I have to realize you can’t take life too seriously! Sometimes it’s easier to laugh at the crazy then to fight it!

I’m impressed with your Valentine’s Day decor. By this time of the year, I am over it with the holiday decorations!
