White Bread for the Bread Machine

Delicious white bread perfect for sandwiches and toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp Canola or Vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups white flour does not need to be bread flour
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients into your bread machine in the order that is recommended by your bread machine. Some models add wet ingredients before dry and other machines require the opposite.
  • Set bread machine to Dough Cycle.
  • When the dough cycle is complete, remove from the machine and shape into a bread loaf.
  • Cover and let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes (or until the loaf doubles in size). Place in a warm spot in the house if the dough is not rising.
  • Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown.
